"The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend."

The separate lofts gave everyone their personal space. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager helped make this the perfect place to stay. A private boat dropped us off just steps away, which made it smooth in and out. The beauty of Venice awaits you!"

"The entire stay was absolutely terrific. No major issues short of the bathroom shower, which for seniors is slightly troublesome. The hot water is an “on-demand” system with hot water availability limited. Other than that it was homey and comfortable. Thank you to both Sonia & Giampiero for their courtesy and aid."
