"The best thing about this property was our hostess Ilaria! She was friendly and accommodating. My sister and I shared a wonderful two day stay and would gladly return simply due to the friendliness of Ilaria. The building was wonderful and historic. I highly recommend for individuals and or couples looking to explore Venice!"

"Overall the hotel was great. Wet clean, staff was very pleasant and location was excellent. We had one issue with a broken toilet seat which was finally replaced on the last day we stayed at the hotel. "

"We took a private boat from the airport directly to the hotel. Upon arriving, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a junior suite with canal view and found the room to be spacious and comfortable. Generous breakfasts were provided each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant easily rivals any other restaurant in Venice! "
