"What a gem of a place. 2 minutes walk to San Marco one direction and a 2 minute walk to Rialto in the other. Yes, the room was on the small side but we got unpacked and there was space for everything. Powerful hot shower! Ask at reception to borrow a hairdryer. Much quicker than the room one. Free safe with a returnable deposit. Free umbrellas too. Breakfast was huge. Loads of choice for a continental breakfast including hot bacon and eggs. Ask for cappuccino and they will make you one. Powerful air con too. In room 124 overlooking the front. Very quiet and no noise at alll. Ask at restaurant door for ice if you need it and they will oblige. I will definitely stay here again and I am fussy!!! "
