"The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast."

"Pick this hotel for Venice. Less than 5 minute walk to St. marks square. Plenty of shopping and food within a 10 minute walk. Waterfront less than 2 minute walk. Hotel is on a small canal with gondolas out front. Very clean and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again "

"It was a hidden gem. Our Google maps couldn’t find this hotel. Found out later on there is another hotel casa Verardo and another casa verardo close by. So spell out the entire hotel name so you don’t get lost while hauling the luggage. "

"My son and I had a wonderful stay. The location is central and it’s easy to walk to all of the sites. Arriving and departing by water taxi was fun. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Our room beautiful and the complimentary champagne was an appreciated surprise. Thank you for a fantastic stay. "

"I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given."

"Great central location. Relatively quiet compared to main touristy locations but still quite close to main attractions. Despite being in an older exterior building the interior was very modern and up to date. The rooms were also quite spacious and unique, and I think better than shown in photos. Wonderful staff."
