"From the moment we booked Kevin and Danielle were so incredibly helpful. We were provided with so many helpful references for travel to the island, rental cars and instructions once arriving. Kevin met us at the house and gave us the perfect walk through. There are so many small touches that made the week extra special. He was always available when we had questions, came to heat the pool for the kids and even brought them fresh coconuts and showed them how to drink from them. They have really turned Coconuts into a dream vacation spot. The sunsets cannot be beat from this location. Absolute perfection. "

"We had a fantastic week at Crystal Shores. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There were 12 of us that stayed and everyone commented on how it never felt like it was crowded due to the size of the property. Directions to the property and check in were easy. Anytime I had a question the property manager responded within minutes via text. They have everything you need here from the coolers and chairs for the beach to a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay here again with a large group of friends and family. Thanks for letting us borrow your beautiful home for a week. "

"Great location tucked away from everything.All your basic essentials and more were at the house including beach chairs and towels. The home was nice and stocked with dish soap, garbage bags, tissues and soaps. Stuff you wouldn’t want to have to buy while on vacation.My two biggest things about the place was it smelled of smoke pretty badly when we arrived. Someone had definitely smoked in the bedrooms and upstairs prior to us arriving. Even so much that we double checked the listing to see if they allowed smoking. So that was a bit of a surprise and bummer to smell like an ashtray each time we walked in. Second, please furnish the living room with indoor furniture and not outdoor patio furniture. It was very uncomfortable. Since we went in August, so at night we didn’t sit outside that much so our only option was inside.All in all it was a great place."

"We have visited St. John several times and views are always a top priority when choosing our home for the week. No rental property on island beats the views at Palm Vista. Enjoying coffee in the morning on the veranda, relaxing in the loungers by the pool, taking in the sunset or stars in the evening… all breathtaking in photos but even more spectacular in person. In addition to the villa’s serene outdoor living space, the interior is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with anything you could possibly need. The 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and separate A/C units, were ideal for our party of 6 (my husband, myself, and 4 young adults in their 20’s). We particularly appreciated all the top of the line items handpicked by the owner (Michael): outdoor furniture, custom lighting, fully stocked kitchen, grill, beach towels, pool towels, high thread count sheets, backpack beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, laundry room, etc. His attention to detail goes above and beyond. While my hubby & I were trying to unplug, the kids wanted to stay connected which was no problem with the excellent WIFI and Tesla solar power. Power outages are common on St. John and two occurred during our week vacation but we had power the entire time. The perfect distance from town Palm Vista is 5-star villa on its own but Michael's communication, responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and expert island recommendations put the property over the top. We cannot wait to return to PV & STJ!"
