"Very clean room and bathroom/showers were lovely. Cleaning staff were prompt and friendly. Restaurant and concierge staff were very friendly and the food at the Mereva restaurant was above average. Especially loved the fish and shrimp tacos. Pizza was great too."

"The villa was very well stocked from kitchen to snorkels, fins, life jackets and kayaks. The location was close to many cenotes for swimming or just relaxing by the pool or beachfront.The staff was very helpful at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we can return!"

"We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. The water is fairly shallow too, so I didn't have to worry about my teenage boys going out too far. One note: the road getting there was very bumpy due to damage from recent rains, but they say repairs are expected soon."

"Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) The beach and surrounding areas was heavily covered in trash and heavy seaweed. I understand not all hotels clean the seaweed but at least attempt to clean the trash and love the ocean smh. Don’t let them fool you when they say all the beaches are like that, they are NOT! The bed in the room was probably the best thing about the place, and the breakfast was a joke (good thing I don’t really eat breakfast). The staff was informative and mostly nice, with hints of sarcasm I didn’t appreciate. Long story short don’t stay at any of the hotels in the Tankah neighborhood, unless it’s the Cielo Maya. "

"We had a wonderful stay thanks to Yobany and Edith and their whole team. The food was delicious and made it so nice to not have to go out, and they were so great to pick up groceries for us as many times as we asked. It was my husband and I and our 8 grown kids and significant others and we had a blast. The only thing I would mention was that there is seaweed on all of the beaches (in that whole part of Mexico I believe) but that was not something that could be helped and definitely not a big deal for us. We still went out on the kayaks (which they provide and are so fun!) and the snorkeling was amazing right out from the home. Thanks for an amazing week Frank, Yobany and Edith and your team! We were grateful to get to know you and appreciate your taking such great care of our family."

"The rooms were beautiful and the view was beautiful from the rooftop suite. The restaurant staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. Our host, Jesus, was outstanding. He gave our whole experience his utmost attention. We would definitely stay there again."
