"Beautiful beachfront location. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room is big and bed is comfortable . The cleaning staff was very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and all of it was delicious. There is a small convenience store about a 2 min walk from the hotel. They do not sell alcohol, just an FYI . There are different restaurants near by inside the hotels which are open to the public. If you are wanting to go into town I suggest you rent a car or a taxi. There is a Cenote about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel location was clean and very quiet at night. Everyone at the hotel provided excellent customer service. "

"The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need it"

"I recently stayed at Alea Tulum, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Positives: The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant décor and a welcoming atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the daily replenishment of the minibar, which added a nice touch of convenience and luxury. The standout feature of hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They were the most amazing team I've ever encountered at a hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Negatives: Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that impacted my experience. On the first night, there was no electricity in the area, they have a generated so we could use the basic things, but not the A/C in the room. While the staff were prompt and professional in addressing the situation, it was an inconvenience after a long day of travel. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of delicious options, the service was quite slow. It took much longer than expected to receive my meal, which was a bit frustrating, especially on mornings when I had a tight schedule. Overall, despite the initial hiccup with the electricity and the slow breakfast service, my stay at was amazing. The clean and comfortable room and exceptional staff made for an made for an enjoyable visit. I would recommend this hotel "

"We had an awesome Bachelor Party weekend at the Casa Kevali near Tulum. The place looks just as the pictures, the support crew (housekeeping and chef) were wonderful, and the beachfront access can't be beat. There is some sargassum that washes in, but the staff helps to keep the beachfront clear for launching kayaks etc. We had a lovely stay and would book this property again."
