"It always beats me why the Taj Lands End doesn’t follow standard practice for checking out. Instead of using the same desks for check-in and check-out, like all hotels the world over, they refuse to check you out at the check in desks, even when they’re all free. Instead they force you to a undermanned, inefficient, and poorly organized desk where you’re forced to wait, all the while eyeing longingly the many available desks at the check-in counters. Please, please, see the light!"

"The overall experience was near perfect. This would definitely be my go to hotel every time i ll be in Bombay. Their breakfast spread was amazing, fresh and delicious. It was worth more than i spent. Despite booking last moment, they didnt really rip my pocket off. Highly recommended 👌 "

Had a comfy, clean room that was surprisingly mostly quiet being in the front The Khar station area is hip with several Bar/Restaurants all within easy walking distance. A Fun area. "

"The Hotel Shubhangan is in a great location in Mumbai, within easy walking distance of Carter Road and Bandra (W). The hotel itself has great service, clean and well-appointed rooms (very comfortable beds), with a nice restaurant on the ground floor and hot Indian breakfast. Overall, this is one of the best value hotels in Mumbai!"

"I had 2 three week stays here for dental work. The staff were wonderful. I have to mention a special Thankyou to Sanchit ( front door) who helped me with everything and I would have been a complete mess without him. Samson in the dining room who understood exactly what I could and couldn’t eat during my treatment- invaluable. If I ever need to return I will always stay here."
