"My husband and I had a short overnight stay without breakfast so had limited interaction with the hotel. However what we experienced was a fast and friendly service at reception, easy valet parking, a really clean and spacious room with very comfy bed and a great view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Toronto."

"I had issues with my room due to the AC not working, the staff was amazing and went beyond making sure myself and my daughter was comfortable as she is special needs.
