"The hotel is very well located. In a near but not in the middle of the pedestrian traffic. Rooms are clean and neat. Not very modern but I don’t care. Attention at the front guest is good as well as the restaurant for breakfast. Only serve breakfast. The only negative is the WiFi. It’s terrible. If WiFi is important to you this is not a good option. The rest is great at at the least good. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Des Alpes Luzern. The location could not be better in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town on the Reiss River next to the famous Chapel Bridge and 15-minute walk from the train station. Views from the river side are fabulous. The restaurant is very nice and it is especially nice to sit outside viewing the river and beautiful buildings. Breakfast is nice covered by vouchers provided for any meal and the Internet is good. The staff was helpful making suggestions and...

"The apartment is located near central Lucern, walking distance to Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument. Street parking is limited but there are a couple of public carpark close by. Staff is friendly and check in has been smooth. Good value for accommodation in central Lucern."
