"My business partner and I had a convention in Richmond downtown area. I brought my wife and 1 year old daughter with us. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Large rooms, quiet bedrooms for my daughter to nap and a nice updated modern interior. There are two sets of stairs so I was glad we brought baby gates with us."

"Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again."

"This location was a short walk to the convention center which was perfect for us. So much more spacious than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The white noise alarm clocks in the bedrooms were perfect for blocking out the street noise. The only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t was a toaster in the kitchen. We will stay again if attending events at the convention center."

"I was looking for a unique spot for a 2-night stay while transiting through VA and this was perfect! I was working remotely so my main criteria was the Wi-Fi, which was strong and fast (180+ Mbps), and a comfortable place from which to work; I alternated between the window counter and the couch (quite comfortable) and never felt restless. "The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and wonderfully located...right on the Mall. The property manager was also very responsive when I was a bit confused about how to enter through the very good security. My only recommendation to future travelers would be to bring Nespresso pods. The apartment has a great Nespresso machine, though pods are hard to come by. However, there are very good coffee shops in the immediate area. Our thanks to the host. It was just what we needed."
