"The home was beautiful and much bigger than advertised. There was 13 acres to the property with a beautiful pond and boathouse. We were celebrating my granddaughter‘s birthday and my great granddaughter‘s birthday. There was a lot for the children to do however, there was a lot of personal items around, a great deal of our time was spent telling young kids don’t touch. "Property was very clean, has every item you could possibly need in the kitchen which is a plus. I appreciated how dog friendly the home was too, my dogs made good use of the toys and bowls they supplied as well as the “dog towels” the owner left us which was very thoughtful! My husband and I had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. "

"Very clean house inside and out. Beautiful views and walks through the woods along the river. Hot tub and fire pit (indoor and outdoor) were so cozy and wonderful. I have bookmarked to return because it was such a great place to stay. "

"We came to Richmond for my Brother's wedding. There were 9 adults and we had a blast. The house was centrally located to everything that we needed. New house and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again!"

"Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals."
