Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay!

Great staff and hotel

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

Clean room. Very welcoming and accommodating staff the whole entire stay. No parking on property but there’s parking across from the building next to the hotel

Great location and very nice hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the city, its sights and how to get there. Would...

Fantastic stay, as always

Nice hotel and very convenient and close to to Union station

Super limpio , definitivamente volveremos nos encanto 👍

The hotel was so clean, very smooth c/i and c/o. The location was perfect, closed to restaurants, shopping malls and also transportation hub. Mr. ElSayed and Omar also very friendly and helpful. Very recommended place to stay in Toronto

The amenities were great, the ease of ordering things in the room was quick and efficient, staff was lovely and the few meals I had downstairs in the restuarant/cafe's were good. It's a large hotel, so expect the experience of a large hotel, but a boutique experience, Ubers and taxis were aplenty, and walking distance from convenience stores...
