"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."

"In dieser Wohnung hatte ich wirklich das Gefühl, im Urlaub zu sein. Ich habe dort eine gute Woche verbracht und es wirklich genossen! Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht groß, aber sehr liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtet. Es wird beim Eintreten sofort das Gefühl vermittelt, dass es sehr sauber, hell und freundlich ist. Das Badezimmer mit Fenster ist etwas größer und ebenfalls gemütlich gestaltet. Es ist auch sehr angenehm, im letzten Stock zu sein, dadurch war es auch relativ ruhig von allen Seiten....

"I come to Nice annually; this was my first stay at the Boreal but I would definitely return if it maintains its reasonable pricing. It looked smart and cared for and the desk staff were polite and welcoming. My room was comfortable and a reasonable size for the price. The only downside was the noise on Saturday night with bars and restaurants on the street - but the other nights I was there (till Wednesday) were all no problem."

"I'd forgotten what I'd booked and was pleasantly surprised to find it was relatively large. For the same money I could have had a tiny room in old town. Older style converted building. We had 5 windows on 2 sides of the building, usable balcony, slightly too small twin room and small but practical kitchen/dining room. Kitchen had everything needed. On a main road, but no problems with traffic noise. Aircon virtually silent, although in late May, I only tried it once and wondered why I was cold!...
