"A lovely welcome. Hotel is away from the street so no traffic noise. Location is great very close to a Metro station. It is right on top of the Cube houses and a short stroll to the Merkhat which is a must visit. Rooms are on the small size but are really hi tech and cool. A special thank you to Luigi who assisted us with a charger and advise on using the Metro. "

"My second stay there after visiting Paris and Brussels. Room is tidy and clean. However shower room outlet was faulty - water outlet is choke and waste water discharge was very slow. The engineering guy did look into it but problem was not rectified. "

Full breakfast with good variety and cappuccino machine at reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. To sum it up, it's a gem."

"Very well located within Rotterdam Central area. The area is a little busy and noisy because of all of the bars around, however it made it convenient when looking for a place to eat, etc. Museums, parks, and transportation are all within walking distance. Staff is young, dynamic, and always super friendly and helpful. We were two adults travelling and we enjoyed our stay."

Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

Communication via email ahead of time was super - it made getting there and planning our stay in Rotterdam much easier. The kitchen has everything you could need and the beds are great. We were met at check-in by Ro who was very helpful - lots of suggestions for things to do in the area."
