Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. I am very busy and don't like to waste my time but I thought I had to compliment this hotel and the staff. My wife and I traveled with our daughter and we were expecting to be very tight in the room. We were given a very spacious suite with two bedrooms. The beds were great, the view was spectacular facing the cathedral. The breakfast menu was delicious. Staff was great. I will return

Great hotel

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

We were consistently seated next to other guests at breakfast, not necessary because there were many available tables. One of the servers in the restaurant consistently coughed while serving dinner. Otherwise, we loved the property snd the stay. Most convenient to SM train station!
