Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

I am very busy and don't like to waste my time but I thought I had to compliment this hotel and the staff. My wife and I traveled with our daughter and we were expecting to be very tight in the room. We were given a very spacious suite with two bedrooms. The beds were great, the view was spectacular facing the cathedral. The breakfast menu was delicious. Staff was great. I will return

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Beautiful quirky hotel. The room was beautiful and well equipped. Front hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to walk everywhere.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.
