"Not bad! The room didn't have a bathroom attached to it, there were multiple bathrooms per level, great location, and importantly, it was clean. There was one incident where my mom called the front desk and the front desk person said I wasn't checked into the hotel instead of just passing it to someone that could understand her question... Overall, really good. I came back from an excursion earlier than expected and booked this hostel again. I recommend and would stay again."

"Great place for backpackers exploring Hanoi on a budget Perhaps not the best for families. The room was clean but quite utilitarian, not as nice as the photos. There was no elevator, but most of the rooms seemed to be on the main floor. The lock to our room was very poor. It could have been easily picked by a child. But we had no problems. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"It would seem that this is a place where people have decided to stay long-term, for purely a bed, a place to shower, and it being minorly cheaper than other hotels and hostels. The guy beneath me seemed to have made it his own place and snored like it too. "

"The advertisement on hotels.com seemed fake. The reviews we read said the owners were super helpful & offered lifts & places to store luggage which is why we booked as we needed to store our suitcases somewhere while we went on a tour to Sapa. The couple who ran the hotel were super friendly but spoke no English so couldn’t help us. The room was big & clean. So was the bathroom. But we found it difficult to get enough hot water, turning the system on for half an hour was only enough for 3...

"We arrived earlier than their check in time but they let us check in early anyway. The staff also helped to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped with directions, and they even gave us a deal when we bought a case of beer through them! Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful ad the facilities were great for the price of the stay!"
