Clean room and friendly staff

Nice design of the hotel inside and outside the rooms, friendly and helpful service in the receiption desk. We have a very pleasure journey here, will visit again.

Looks like a newly built hotel. This hotel is located about 15-20 minutes by driving from/to PVG without traffic (with traffic probably about 30 min, the web information says it is about 5-6 km, i.e. 3-3.8 miles away from PVG), away from busy streets or other hotels. Excellent location

服务很好，早餐也很好吃。

Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

The hotel was really clean. The hotel provided shuttles to multiple places.

I was very surprised and pleased with this hotel. Admittedly, I wasn't expecting much when I booked. I needed a quiet place to relax during a birthday weekend and chose this on a whim. This hotel is a gem! The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are low for the standard they deliver. The hotel is located right next to a quiet subway terminal, which made trips around Shanghai very convenient.

It is a very nice place to stay- very comfortable room, and friendly, helpful staff. There is lots of activities in Shanghai, and this hotel is not far from them, with subway station 1 minute away.

Very nice 👌 hotel

The Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a wonderful hotel located inside the Jim Mao tower, one of the most iconic buildings of the city. The staff is very nice and our room was on the 78th floor so the view was just fantastic. We could see the pearl tower and the Shanghai Tower just in front of us...at night we could see the beautiful lights of the city that would light up the flowing Huangpu river. The breakfast was very delicious and we found a huge choice of chinese and western food. The Spa has a Gym...
