"Good for business in the local area only. No attractions or shopping and dining within walking distance. The map position was totally wrong and the street name was spelled wrong. Had to walk around in the rain trying to find the hotel in a private estate. Then I had to take a 20 minute taxi ride and still had trouble finding the hotel. Staff could not find my booking and I had to pay a lot more for the room than what I booked it for. Hotel was not near Century Park as advertised. Room was clean...

"We love to stay here and want to make it our designated stay next time in Shanghai. Breakfast is just okay, services aren’t great as the front desk lady treats us suspiciously, after swapped our key and had us signed, a few minutes later she followed us to the table, interrupted our breakfast to ask us show who we are again. Other than that, overall experience is very nice. Clean, spacious, excellent etc. "
