"We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A few notes for those considering staying here. The area is pretty good and we generally felt safe walking around. The hotel itself is fine. It’s not updated but for the price we didn’t really mind at all. The elevators are *small* but the rooms are large and clean. They use a cleaning product that smells somewhat like paint (it was strange to us and we actually asked to change our room at first because the smell was somewhat overwhelming) - maybe...

"The hotel was clean, light, and the room was ample. It had a sink, tiny fridge, and microwave. The staff were pleasant. A couple of things didn't go super smoothly. For example, our sink leaked a little bit and they didn't fix it. We could not make the TV to work and we were too lazy to go down to ask for help. Our phone did not work so we could not call the reception. The location is great, it felt safe, the breakfast was fine. "
