"Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy."

"A lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. It would be helpful if the front desk staff had a basic level of English to assist with communication more effectively. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great experience."

"There was no water supply during the day time that I stayed there for two weekends. Imagine checking in wanting to take a shower and no water supply. The receptionist didn’t even inform the guests. On the last day of my stay, the lift broke down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down 6 storeys through a tiny staircase. This is my 2nd time with this place, but this time, it’s a defining moment not to stay with this place again."

The hotel is so cozy and I have to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff are! Their product is awesome and the ability to purchase and enjoy on property really made it such a wonderful and obvious choice! The room-it was so comfortable! The bed was really hard but other than that, we’d recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet, comfy place to land away from crazy downtown Bangkok! It’s a short ride to Asok/Terminal 21 area and costs about $6-10 for Grab standard vehicle...

I’ve stayed at Apartelle Jatujak for 3 times and I was impressed. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Every staff member I encountered, from the the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I also love how close the hotel to the 7-11 or Union Mall where the staff could pick up/ drop off whenever I wanted. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to...

They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!!
We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Outstanding value. The best staff. I slept like a baby. I got an excellent workout in at their gym to start my day, and the equipment was expertly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. Their coffee is superior. Their co-working space design is brilliant. If I knew this place was going to be this great, I would have stayed in Bangkok longer.

All of the staff were great, but the staff at the burger place were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my meal. The room was also very nice. Would love to stay here again.

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.

Attentive staff. Friendly. Clean room and premises. Excellent cuisine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Additionally, I would like to see a placard placed by the pool: "Please take a shower before entering the pool" Apparently many people don't notice the shower area.

Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind.
