The staff at the Comfort Inn are wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet. Everything works and the shampoo and soap is good. Breakfast is included (nothing special). The coffee in the room is good and included and there is always half and half available. You can walk to Applebee's. Shaws is a quick drive across the street and there is a gas station close by.

Staying there was like traveling on time and we were avle to learn about the history of the original house and famous bridge in front. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff very responsive and kind. Breakfast served was delicious and fresh.

Gorgeous period B&B, and Caryn, the owner, takes the "bed" and "breakfast" of a stay seriously, with a Quality mattress/bedding and breakfast from scratch recipes with homemade bread. Walked right across street for good food, and several others a short walk or drive away...local businesses who care about your service ( not chain restaurants). This historic hotel is amazing. I like to stay here during the off rate part of the week and plan my trips around room availability. Liked Room 28 in the original building. Very cool and I have to remark on the cleanliness of the bed coverings and pillows. Smelled like they were dried outside on a sunshiny day. Wonderful. Like the lady who checked me in, great sense of humor and made me feel welcome. Would stay here again and again.

The property is lovely and the staff very attentive. I will recommend this Inn to anyone planning to go to the New Hampshire area. I hope that the Inn Keepers will be able to find the staff to open their Tavern again. We missed being able to eat there.

We had an appointment at Dartmouth and this was the perfect place. We will certainly stay there again. I only wish we’d arrived there earlier in the day. Quiet. Comfortable. And a fully appointed kitchen.

Good choice in charming college town. Right in the middle of things, easy walk to the center of Dartmouth campus, lots of restaurants, shops and more.

Good quality and clean

Unfortunately I arrived late and left early (it was a business trip), but I had one drink at the bar, gave the menu a thorough read, and saw enough to say that I will definitely be back on my own terms for a longer stay! Great spot!

I wish I had more time to stay in this beautiful B&B. The accommodations were exquisite, and everything was well-run and well-kept. I took a chance to stay there since the more recent reviews were terrible, but all of the others were top-notch. I am so happy that I listened to my intuition. The property, inside and out, was beyond my expectations, and I will definitely be staying there again. Ann Marie and Joe are excellent hosts, and Joe even cooked an amazing breakfast!!! You are one lucky...

Hotel has very good continental breakfast served in lovely dining room. Has several common areas that are comfortable and nice to hang out in.

Great fire pit are along the river behind the Lodge and Kimberly was wonderful. She gave us a great tour of the property. But almost no restaurants open on Monday evening.
