My stay at Church End Cottage was absolutely fabulous I have to say that. A very cozy stay in this garden house place which I found to have very pleasant window views as well as a very clean and tidy interior. Absolutely a place I'd go back any time as well as happy to recommend it to anyone which likes rather rural and remote bed and breakfast stays. Speaking of breakfast, that was amazing, all home made. Just a gem!

The accommodations were comfortable, very nice - but the exceptional hospitality of Alan(sp?) puts this over the top!

This was a lovely B&B to stay at. The furnishings were very British and great for our England travels. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choices. Michelle was friendly and polite and not at all pretentious, very inviting and comfortable.

Great clean property near the center of Stratford Upon Avon. Owner very friendly. You could walk everywhere.

The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good; the home made jams and jellies being a special plus. Best of all was the very helpful and friendly host who gave us several quite useful tips on touring the town and assisted us in getting theatre tickets.

We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and laid out. We would love to return if we are lucky enough to do so. True gem!!! Suzie and Wes from Oregon.

Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

We absolutely loved this place! The rooms were spacious and excellent. Bedding was comfortable. We had travel difficulties and arrived late and the host was gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Lucy's Tea Room was absolutely lovely. It was the perfect quiet getaway. Staff were so kind, communicative, and friendly. I would highly recommend booking with them! I will be back!

What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it.

Great spot to spend a night and wonderful breakfast, best full English I’ve had in some time. We were in a room with a lovely deep claw foot tub. The one thing to be aware of in the ground floor room we stayed in is quite low ceilings with a beam right next to the bed which deserves looking out for. Other than that one limitation, we’d highly recommend staying here.

Stopped here for one night on our way back from Scotland for a flight the next day from Heathrow back to the U.S. The room was lovely, breakfast fantastic, and the host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is important to know that this B&B is located on a horse farm and down a short dirt road. It was very close to the city centre but away from the tourist craziness which is Oxford.
