"We stayed over for one night and wished we had booked for longer. The rooms were well laid out, clean and very comfortable. The staff we welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be going back ,hopefully in the not to distant future. "

"The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained. The only "fly in the ointment " was the frequent "door slamming" of fellow guests in the early morning--but that is not the fault of the managers. Thanks."
