Breakfast was really good with lots of options. The staff were always so kind and helpful! Very good location too! It’s within a 10 min walk to Dotonbori and there is also a train station right outside the hotel."

"Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "
