"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London.
