It is too high, I feel like it’s a bit unsafe especially for people with mobility issues. Hotel is close to the airport with many transportation options. We stayed there a few times and would do so again. "

"The hotel is located within easy walking distance of public transport. The room was comfortable and generally calm. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is really excellent. Certainly one of the best I have used, well provisioned with excellent equipment, water, apples (a really nice touch) and towels. "Staff at reception—including the manager—were rude and completely unprofessional. When we arrived to check in, we were told our room was no longer available due to a “leak,” which was clearly untrue. We overheard staff discussing “Expedia” before disappearing to the back and suddenly claiming there was no room for us. They tried to send us to another hotel for the night and told us to come back the next day. After arguing, we forced the manager to personally take us there to ensure we actually had a room. Shockingly, he then tried to make us pay them for staying at a different hotel. When we refused, he became hostile, blamed us for the situation, and acted offended that we wanted to cancel—despite them not even having a room for us. Earlier that day, we had also been denied proper luggage storage. We were told their storage room was only for guests who had checked out, which makes no sense, and were instead offered some random unsecured room. This was a complete failure of service, handled with dishonesty and aggression from start to finish. "

The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and its amenities were clean. The negatives - the hotel is very dated with threadbare, stained carpets and a very unpleasant odor in the lobby, hallways. Uber to and from the airport were expensive. I would not stay again and choose a more modern property attached to the terminal. This hotel was too dated and inconvenient for the cost savings. "
