The property itself is in a back street that looks and feels more local than touristy, but for what it is and the amenities you get, it's a pretty nice stay. Area is safe and conveniently located. Staff were super friendly and accommodating."

"Check in and check out process is fast! Staff is attentive and friendly, most of them understand and are able to speak simple English which is great! Hotel is conveniently located beside lotte departmental store which is a plus, it’s also connected to the subway either via the departmental store or exit 2. Can be confusing at first as there’s multiple exits. "
