"The parking was good room for cars and busses. All staff were helpful and responsive. The breakfast was ready and tasty ever day."

"Best part was the bed which was super comfortable, got a good night's sleep, however the noise from i71 was pretty loud, right outside the window. Good coffee in the room but not all the outlets worked and not all the lights worked, T'was not inexpensive but good value as it was the only Hotel available under $300 on the night we had to stay in the Cincy area. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. expecting to check in but there were no rooms available so we came back later after 10:00 and the room was available. Did not stay for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and curteous. Would stay again."

"My room had a moisture issue with the hvac system, but I was too tight on time to deal with moving rooms. I’m sure the staff would have. They seemed helpful. Do not pay for parking through Expedia. Total ripoff. There are 2 garages adjacent to the property. One was 12.50. You can valet through the hotel for like $25 I think, and they were present every time I went in and out."

"The room was nice and clean. The building showed signs of its age, but appeared to be maintained. The ice machine on the 14th floor did not work, and it appeared to have not worked for quite some time. The ice machine on the 15th floor worked, but showed its age."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm but I ended up sleeping so good so I guess it wasn’t too bad! Only complaints is the pool is tiny and the hotel smells a bit dated. It could use some new carpet throughout to help with the smell and brighten it up some. It was worth the price and we had a good stay!"
