"Fabulous hotel! Staff are warm & welcoming as well as accommodating any requests. Hotel overall is very good. Rooms do show a little tiredness in places however, a renovation is planned for this winter. Hotel facilities are excellent. Well equipped gym & amazing spa. Well worth grabbing a massage there! Pool towels and SPF provided which is a nice touch. Full range offered for breakfast, whatever your thing is! Self service with eggs cooked to order by the chefs. Hotel bar & café offers great selection of meals as well as drinks. Free shuttle to V&A waterfront but you can also easily walk there within 10 minutes. Fabulous stay, can throughly recommend & will stay again. "
