"Everyone was so helpful and provided the ultimate service! I will definitely stay here again and am sending my friends! Their breakfasts were also outstanding! "Cozy place to stay, warmly greeted by the staff always. Staff genuinely cared for our wellbeing. When we returned from a road trip at night, they escorted us to park the car in their garage to keep it safe overnight. Breakfast was simple, unpretentious but delicious and made to order. Room was very spacious for 2 people, comfortable. Has different international plugs to use our electronics."

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

Since we stayed in winter their Skybar and Pianobar was closed, but they had a breakfast area which served very tasty breakfast. There was also the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village Mall nearby which had a SPAR supermarket which met all our needs. De Waterkant is one of the recommended place to stay...

"Zee and Amin at the front desk was extremely helpful with coordinating family activities. Their knowledge and willingness were greatly appreciated. All of the staff was very welcoming, and I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel. The area is close to a few restaurants and the Waterfront; great location. The suites were beautiful with a nice view. The variety of foods at breakfast was more than enough, so much variety and it was hot and fresh; made to order. I am definitely staying here again,...
