"First on my list for this hotel is the exceptional staff service - reception, housekeeping, and dining; all staff we interacted with provided exceptional service. Outstanding among the staff were two - Angel, who was so welcoming and made us feel it was a joy to have breakfast in the hotel, and Pepe. the omelette king, made omelettes to order that were out-of-this-world. I would recommend a stay that includes breakfast. Secondly, there are good transport links - taxi, bus (including to/from airport) and a metro stations only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride away. Thirdly, a wide choice of dining places around the area. Just use Google or another search engine to find them (or just walkabout, as I did)."

"The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The free, sweet treats by the front desk are a nice touch. Our room faced the interior courtyard so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower great with the option of the rain shower head or handheld. We even loved the square-shaped toilet. LOL. The location is convenient to the park and many other attractions. "
