We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. "Property was in perfect setting for us to meet as a family and safe for 2 toddlers. Some very nice touches in the bungalow. We did have a few issues that could have happened at any time. Each were dealt with promptly by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return."

"There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....
