"Great simple project"

"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "

"I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area. Would abaolutely stay here again when i'm next in london. Thank you for a relaxed easy trip."

"We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, then returned after a stay in Salisbury on Saturday until Monday. Saturday’s in the summer means big parties. It is noisy and the restaurant isn’t available. They do offer dinner in a small room to accommodate those who aren’t part of the party. The room we had the first Saturday was awful, AC didn’t work and no hot water! We asked to be moved, which they were able to do by putting us in a smaller room. The smaller room was very much better. The bed was so luxuriously comfortable. The staff and manager were very friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay great. The breakfast buffet is good, and they offer a la carte from the menu which I enjoyed omelets most mornings. I would stay here again, but I’d look at the room before settling in. There are wonderful rooms and bad rooms. We were so pleased with the wonderful rooms."

"The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room--iron and ironing board, especially. The food for breakfast was vintage English breakfast! It was delicious. There was a slight delay in replenishing some of the food. Nevertheless, breakfast was still great."
