"Arrived and reception was quick and efficient, gentleman was very friendly. Room was spotless and had everything I needed, room was very quiet even though I was next to an entrance door so I had a good nights sleep, shower was great with plenty of pressure. Only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would definitely recommend for short stays. "

"The staff are friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was super clean with a small fridge to keep our food in a cool temperature. There were people available for house keeping every single day changing your towels, bed sheets when needed and taking your rubbish away.There was also a security locked were you could keep your valuables when we leave the room so they're safe. The hotel is very close to the train station, shops abd restaurants. I would like to acknowledge Manoj for his excellent, remarkable working nature, he's very consistent, hard working and always making sure we had a good breakfast every morning. Always coming to ask you if you needed anything. He even help by borrowing his iPhone charger to my partner to charge his phone every morning as he forgot to bring his and lastly Manoj was always happy and smiling. "

"Nice clean room, a little cramped, didn’t realise we were in an accessible room. The bathroom was a wet room based unit. There was little space to put toiletries or makeup products. Lighting was poor for putting makeup on, and a mirror over the desk area would have been better."
