"This is a lovely well appointed cottage, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. It is clearly a period property with low ceilings in most rooms, narrow stairs and a beam in the floor of the main bedroom. All of this adds to its charm but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The manager was very helpful in sorting out a problem with the internet. Lavenham is well worth a visit as is Kentwell Hall. This place does not disappoint."

"I greatly enjoyed the combination of comfort, beautiful Yurt interior and outdoor living for 4 days. The wood burner gets the Yurt very cosy in a short while if it is chilly. Charlie was very helpful and considerate. There is some noise from the passing road but the views and secluded position more than make up for that. I would happily return."

"The Tallow Factory is a wonderful character-filled place for a family or group gathering, in the heart of Dedham Village and the surrounding Dedham Vale. The ground floor has three comfortable entertaining areas, if you include the walled garden along with the wood beamed lounge and large country kitchen. Upstairs easily sleeps 8-10 people. The neighboring Sun Inn serves excellent food. Thoroughly recommend!!"
