"It was a great place to stay but it seemed a couple of cosmetic updates needed to occur. The carpet under our room door and in the breakfast area was coming up and a tripping hazard. Also the chairs seats in the breakfast area were coming apart and need to be replaced."

"The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking out she told I’ll only get $20 of it back the 30 was for parking. Okkk. After swimming we tried so hard to order something to eat but most places were closed or too far to walk. After trying a few pizzerias we finally found one that would deliver. Which wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t bring the ranch we ordered. So we ate went to bed. Breakfast didn’t have too many choices just scrambled eggs and sausage. Your typical.cereal toast bagel and waffles but the line was so long it was hard to make one. For the price of the room I was expecting biscuits and gravy and bacon. Even the more cheaper hotels have that. All in all it was ok for being in the city. We had a good view of the Arch from our room. "

"Our room was very clean, linens fresh. Lobby and breakfast area could be attractive/warm/ inviting with a little decorating effort. Decaf coffee was warm at best. Decaf always seems to suffer. Regular coffee was fine. Scones were served cold. Was I supposed to warm them myself? They were also damp in places. I do not drink skim milk. 2% would have been a nice choice. Timing is an issue with breakfast that sits out too long. Lobby and breakfast, especially decaf, need attention. Staff were friendly. They need a nicer , larger work area. It should look more businesslike with a little class. Current desk looks like an afterthought. "
