"Only one elevator was working. I called and even went down to the desk to request a bath towel. Both times told me they will let housekeeping know, but never received. The front desk lady had no personality. Very clean and great amenities. Bar staff and breakfast staff were amazing and so friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable."

"I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them."

"The room was nicely clean upon arrival. The unfortunate part was our room smelled like old stale cigarettes. We were unable to be moved due to full capacity. The pool was fun, nice and very cold. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints except for the smell, sadly. The bed was nice and bathrooms were good. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerks did not give exceptional service but they were okay. Parking was easy. There is free wifi."
