"If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. Cut to months later, no refund. It doesn’t matter who I try to contact, I have no refund. This is the worst place I have ever stayed outside being in the military. Instead of booking your hotel just call health and safety on them. This place should be condemned."
