"Overall, my stay at the Dann Carlton was very good. The service and kindness of everyone who helped make my stay more comfortable were excellent. The only thing I would say is that for the hotel to have 5 stars under its name, I think it's still lacking. Not even a bottle of water was included in the room during my stay, which was from May 6th to May 21st, nor was there a welcome cocktail or anything like that. I also thought the breakfast was good enough for a buffet, but it would be nice to have new things sometimes. I really like this hotel because of its proximity to the shopping center and many other places like restaurants. Thanks 😊 "
