"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, mit Erstaunen sehe ich auf dem oben angegebenen Reiseplan, dass bei Ihnen sich die Reise als abgeschlossen angegeben wird. Nein wir hatten keine angenehme Reise. Es war eine Katastrophe. Das Hotel Pinamonte hatte kein Zimmer für uns und hat uns nicht mal angeboten ein Zimmer für uns zu besorgen. "A great hotel to stay at to explore Verona! An easy 20min walk to the historic centre. The room was incredible, and the shower was really nice as well. My only complaint was that the room Wifi was so poor I couldn't even check emails, so I had to use data during the duration of my stay. Would stay again!"
