"Lovely stay, excellent host "

"This was okay. But the house needs renovations and seemed to lack maintenance as well as the backyard. There were water leaks on the wall of the living room when someone was taking a shower in the bathroom of the 2nd floor. The ceiling light of this bathroom was not working, so we had to take our showerd in the morning, or while using a bedroom lamp. We had to contact the owner a few times at our arrival and he was very responsive and friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is spacious and spotless, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home—little touches like fans in every room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large TV for movie nights made a big difference. Beds were very comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and easy from the moment we arrived. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!"

"This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again.
