The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter."

Von hier aus erreicht man zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit. Sollte man mit Hund reisen empfiehlt sich ein Besuch des Hundestrandes am Lago di Mergozzo, nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das absolute Highlight waren jedoch die tollen Gastgeber. "Location is ideal, only 10 min walk to train station and bit less to lake. All staff were great. It is a Viking tour hotel so you do get a lot of people staying but the hotel facilities can handle it. Breakfast was a wide range the only criticism is that the hot food isn’t hot. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon. The room we had Mountain View was big enough for a week no issues. Lake maggorie is vast and traveling everywhere on the ferry can get expensive. Worth the money is the Maggiore express on the weekends that take you to Locarno in Switzerland and scenic train back. All in all a lovely 7 days."
