"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

Only complaint I have is their check in was 3pm and the reception desk wasn't staffed until the. So there was no getting in our room early but we were able to store our luggage. "
