Cabin Rentals in Custer County

"Newer hotel, nice pool and hot tub. Some undesirable behavior by other guests. Drunk, messy, annoying. Once they left very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate not great, very limited. I would not stay there again. There are so many other choices in the area I would try a different one next time. "

"We frequent Custer, and began staying here last year since they are now open year round. Not all are in a tourist town. The staff is very nice, rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast is good as well. We love this hotel and can't imagine staying elsewhere when we're in town. Nice job to management and their team"

"The room seemed clean, but the stairs going to the second floor were quite dirty. We didn't care for the breakfast at all---the coffee was good. In the room above us, there were kids or somebody jumping onto the floor or stomping across the room which we could clearly hear. The suite was roomy and we really liked the two separate bedrooms. The coffee pot in the kitchen area did not work."

"First room had the window wide open, smelled like pure perfume and was 55F. We requested a different room since I struggle with strong scents. Staff was very friendly, apologetic, and accommodating and switched us to a different room. Second room was great. Clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Went down to use the hot tub, and there was questionable “debris” floating in there. So the pool time was very short lived. Breakfast was delicious, well stocked, clean, with a very friendly staff member overseeing things. "
