"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and everything was good except for two things related to the bed. The pillows could be improved, as they were not very comfortable and didn’t provide adequate support. In addition, the fitted sheets would not stay in place and kept riding up during the night, almost as if they were too small for the mattress. Addressing these two issues would make the sleeping experience much more comfortable and enhance an otherwise excellent stay."

"Excellent staff, excellent location for Cleveland sports venues and downtown. Very competitive price…will stay there again, especially for Cavs, Guardians, and Browns games. Oh, excellent mattress for a good night sleep after fun night in Cleveland."

"Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better."
