Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful. Coffee from the lobby cafe was very good. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area

Friendly, new , quiet

Very comfortable bedding and bathroom Everything was very clean and fresh. The room was quite large and easily accessible for me. Staff was professional, neat, and very helpful. Free parking. Food in the restaurant not much variety and was more like bar appetizers, so look for other places to eat.

Great location

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I travel all over the U.S. and always stay in a 4-5 star hotel and this was one of my top three. PS: some hotels you have to wait on an elevator, here every time we needed to take it, I would press the button and ding it was there.

Like the room, but the pool is filthy. Stayed here previously in the summer and afraid to go in with all the duck crap in it.

Very cool retro inspired motor court style hotel. Very clean and maintained. Nice pool and open areas with fire pits and corn hole games and plenty of chairs, rockers, etc. Restaurant and separate bar onsite.

Honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was above average, staff was the friendliest and most helpful. Super clean! Amenities are far better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at lately. Close restaurants and entertainment, all within walking. Also has close safe parking on site. We will be visiting again and staying again just for this hotel! I wish this hotel were a chain!

Alex at the front desk was an absolute bright spot during our stay. His genuine kindness, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. People like him are rare, and he is the biggest reason we will look no further than this hotel whenever we return to the Dallas area. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Alex, you made a lasting difference in our trip!

The hotel is very new and modern. The room had hard wood floors or faux wood floors, instead of carpet, which in my opinion is much cleaner. Everything was very modern and chic. Plenty of lighting. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Great hotel.

Property had a indoor and outdoor pool, great staff and customer service, and very accommodating!

Loved the coffee in the am. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Loved the convenience of being close to AT&T stadium.

Quiet , clean and a great location

Clean Room, Restroom, was quiet no noisy neighbors and friendly staff!

We’ve stayed at all 3 Hyatt’s at DFW and this is by far our favorite of the three. Convenient enough to the terminal but with the ability to walk across the street to Starbucks and see daylight. Super friendly, great dining options and dining area, just an all around great property.

Overall great experience, we just spent 1 night at this hotel but we really liked it.
