Enjoyed the stay. Loved hot chocolate

The restaurant and bar are fabulous, including the staff. They both deserve a full 5-star rating. The weekday we were there, both were crowded. The lobby and our room, although very clean, need attention, especially the carpet. We would love to dine there again and hope they pay more attention to the deficiencies in the lobby and Room 1.

It was a quick check in and staff was friendly.

Convenient location in a charming rural town. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable and many thoughtful amenities.

Too bad there aren’t more like her in the Customer Service Industry. I arrived early and asked if there was any chance to check in early…. She checked and there was! Above the call of duty… 😊😊😊

Good breakfast and fitness room.

The Dunmore is a very nice little motel which is located just off 81 in a very nice location. The gentleman who was working was very friendly and very helpful, he got us checked in very quickly then met us at room to show it to us and showed how the heater worked as well. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean as well. The bathroom was very clean and water was very hot and good pressure .I will be returning in a week for an extended stay to work in the area and will be staying at...

I took my son skiing to Elk Mountain and booked a room for one night. I was very happy with all aspects of the Hotel. Room was clean and in great condition, not run down at all. Roomy well appointed, functional. I had supper at their restaurant; chicken parmesan. Service was so fast I hardly had time to eat the free bread roll. The salad was fresh but a bottle dressing. Hotel was very clean and front desk staffed when I checked in around midnight. Pool & hot tub closed due to covid. A small amount of breakfast items were available to go, also due to covid. Hallways are dark, as if lighting was an afterthought. Room was clean, TV modern, bathroom clean and modern. No bugs found under mattress. Would definitely stay again.
