"We stayed in a Japanese style family room. It was clean and comfortable. Futons were a little thin so we stacked the extras for my husband. The food was delicious and the staff very warm and welcoming. We took the trailhead across from the hotel and enjoyed a run by the lake. Beautiful area. "

"Two trainee staff did our check-in. One of them (Saito san?) served us with a great smile, and the other (Sugi san?) did too, and spoke English very well. They gave us a very good impression of the hotel!"
