Super kind staff, wonderful restaurant, easy check-in and clean rooms. Great place to stay!

The hosts of the property were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. If driving, be aware that the streets are very small and sometimes difficult to navigate. However, that aside, it was a very pleasant stay and I will visit again if I return to Kusadasi.

This hotel is in a great area, away from the main street, about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the sea. Our first night was not great to stay in our room due to the noise in the morning because our room was two floors above the pool and breakfast area. But the manager switched out the room. The rooms are very tiny so you can not spend time in your room only sleeping at night. Our Bathroom sink was very small like the size of 42 shoes (size 10 shoes). Small, clean hotel with an excellent location Our family stayed at Tikir House for one night in July 2026. The owner greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and nice balconies. One room had a beautiful mountain view; according to our booking, the second room was supposed to have a mountain view as well, but it was apparently occupied. The staff were excellent. The location to Pamukkale was perfect. The pool was awesome and the breakfast wonderful.

Very convenient to transportation and local restaurants. Staff was attentive. Safe area, friendly atmosphere.

Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again.

It was an overall excellent stay. The damily that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and accommodating. We requested for an early check in which they offered. My friend left his wallet in the bus we came to Pamukkale. The owners helped us immensely by calling the bus company and even going out there to get our belongings. They even guided us on tours and recommended good restaurants around. We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel.
